I have been really sick this week with zero motivation to even get out of bed let alone exercise.
As for snacks- I had a slice of cake and a small scoop of ice cream at the Military Ball, but my big downfall was a milkshake that I got while sick to take the burn away in my sore throat.
I will not let this week get me down. Could I have eaten better...sure...Could it have been much worse....absolutely
I obviously will not win this battle, but the war of my weight will be won.
