Pleased with loss this week, makes up for not loosing last week. Need to keep drinking the water tho, have struggled today and yesterday because its been so cold outside.
212.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
