I'm really not feeling eating healthy and exercise this week, but when I look down at STOMACHS; I say okay i need to continue eating healthy and exercise. :)
211.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.6 lb a week

Just take it a day at a time and do what you can. With the spring season coming up, the motivation goes up as well. So I'm sure you're kick it in gear soon enough. Just don't give up! Praying for ya!
