Happy with weight loss which will be shortlived after today's dinner. No matter how I plan it I keep getting more than 1500 cals. Ah well maybe I will classify today as a cheat day.
250.9 lb Lost so far: 88.8 lb.    Still to go: 59.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
