BP: 136/80 BMI: 29.6 (overweight)

Way too much eating out and sodium intake. This weather and heat causes a lot of resistance to wanting to get outside. I need to force myself to do it.
218.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
