Pretty good 4th I was up early to Golds had my funky monkey smoothie then did 4 miles wow. The to cemetery to put red white blue wreath on daddys grave. Then to a friend for steaks I ended up eating just a cup of pasta and green beans. Back to work in the am but golds b4
