I was so upset this a.m. about money and my daughter's bills but I didn't go out and eat sweets so that is good!

My daughter is 19 and has given me so much stress but I am so proud of her for the last year that I let the past gradually fade away and look towards the future.Try not to eat when feeling stressed. Go for a walk, scream but don't eat the sweets and junk!! Soooo hard!!!!!!!

It was about...(I honestly cant remember) 2 1/2 or 3 hours? Some of it was slow because I was exhausted by the end. As the person above me said, dont eat sweets and junk when stressed...I know its hard to overcome though.
