Greetings! It has been awhile, and since my last entry I have digressed in my progress. I am waiting for hip replacement surgery so exercise has been very limited. I am back on low carb as it truly is one eating plan that you can lose even if you are unable to do much exercise. I can exercise my upper body and other areas, however, so I plan to return to the gym and do what I can. It has been 7 years since I started this battle with my weight and with sugar (carb) addiction. It is an unrelenting beast, but like my mom said ‘life is hard by the yard but a cinch by the inch’. So, once again I am inching along toward beating back the sugar beast. I have been up and down over th seven years, but have never gone back to my original weight. For that I am thankful. Blessings all!
