Work was crazy again today. Am going to try to see if I can remember what I ate today, record it, and then go to bed.

Won't be so grouchy in the morning!

Buffy, right there with you girl...we need to learn to take time for ourselves I feel it is such a crazy existence, my hubby and son keep saying to me work, life balance.
