Avoided the French Toast Bread Last night! Woo Hoo! Tonight, the challenge is to have some, but not all! It fits in my calories, but only 3. Good luck to me, and all my FS buddies that need some will power!

You've already showed you have the will power to do it b/c you skipped it last night. Now you are fitting it into your calorie count...that is the best way to do it. Love your determination!
