May 9th Signed up for 10 training sessions today. Created account on FatSecret on the trainer's recommendation in the evening, but the program is setting to a day later. Feel optimistic.
May 10th Partner had an uncomfortable night, and I have to work this morning so running on very little sleep. Know that this is a warning sign for overeating and makes it difficult to get in a reasonable amount of exersize. Will do my best.
