Passed another milestone this morning. I weighed in at 210 lbs.! A total weight loss, so far, of 85 lbs. with only 20 lbs more to go before I reach my overall goal. I had inteded to restart my exercise regime when I returned from vacation last Monday, after being sick a week and a half ago. But I had a muscle spasm in my back and decided not to push it. If all feels good in the morning, I plan to resume alternating weight days with bike and treadmill days in the morning. It is my intention that, once I reach my weight goal, I want to build up and tone up a little muscle mass and ultimately maintain a steady, stable weight of about 200 lbs.
