Yesterday, I ate eggs for breakfast and fruit salad for lunch. No energy at the gym. Today, I'm not going to force myself to eat breakfast if I don't have an appetite. I'll wait until lunch and then have a big meal followed by a pre-workout snack. Maybe that will give me the energy I need to exercise.

I have had to force myself to eat lately, it helps me in the long run, but I make a quick protein smoothy which is nicely balanced I can slurp down and run. Hope you get more energy, i hate that feeling.
