Well, scale is stalled, at least it has been for 2 days. Up down, up down, here we go on the merry-go-round. I've been on target with induction - even passed up Krispy Kremes that I bought for my dad, a hamburger and fries, and other things at the store I normally wouldn't have worried about. Hopefully the scale will give me a little break tomorrow. I'm still having trouble with slight headaches - guess I'll start having a cup of broth in the morning and see if that helps.
