Over the last several weeks a new job and longer commute have combined to produce higher levels of stress on my body - "fast lane" schedule at work and only 4-5 hours of sleep on a sustained basis. My body has responded to the higher levels of perceived stress by adding fat despite a regular exercise routine that has not changed.
Goal - more sleep, less stress, take the fat and weight off!

Your foods look good and your walking is great! Stress is horrible. Please get at least six hours of sleep. Your health is the most important thing in your life! [Been there, done that, know from experience.]
