Well, I've finally decided to bite the bullet and journal after lurking for a couple of weeks. I've had quite a bit of work done round the house and a quick lick of paint so everything is fresh and clean. Just the kitchen ceiling to be finished as I've had spotlights put in. I'm still feeling a bit fragile and my energy levels are not back to what they were. I'm hoping that eating right will remedy that. It will be a year at the end of the month and I've got a birthday to cope with before that. I just hope this rollercoaster doesn't go down the dip again,
