Well I think this week has gone pretty well, until Saturday and Sunday..
geez.. does not take a lot to blow the low sodium diet..
been trying to behave.. but it's hard!
I had made one mistake on my diet journal.. I thought I recorded everything that very few things are on Fridays... oh well Today is a new day.. a new beginning.

Trying to be on a low sodium diet, low cholesterol diet. Sodium I set myself a limit of bout 2200 to 2500. Wow..that is hard to do! Not discouraged bout it.. just hard.. that is about a teaspoon of salt. What is worse is that I am an asst. manager at a local fast food franchise! Ouch.. lol.. I know I can do it, I did it the last time.LOL..
Just trying to hang in there.. and get over the Psychological junk that is going thru my head... and heart.. (nothing really bad, more like "Man I would really like to have some ice cream.. chocolate, etc etc.)
