Yesterday was better, I made it to the gym in the afternoon and increased my weight on my leg machines, I changed up my workout plan so that I am lifting everyday but switching upper and lower body I think it will help me more. I did good on my calories untill I made cookies. Well I still was not that bad. I can't give up treats all together I would go insane and not do well.
I made my self get up this morning and work out. Just did some cardio but it was good. 45 min of cardio.
My legs are feeling really sore right now, I did not get time to stretch this morning I will this afternoon.
