So I'm going to try and update so I can keep track of everything.. we'll see how that goes :) I'm going to try the fat flush diet. I don't need to lose much weight, my BMI is healthy but I want to be healthier in general. I'm addicted to sugar and soda to some degree, and I just want that to stop! Also I hate vegetables and fruits for the most part and... I want to switch hating healthy things and loving junk food :).
The last time I weighed myself it was 170, about a week ago.. but I won't have a scale accessible to me for the next 2 weeks or so because of traveling around to see my parents and friends. I can't really change my diet radically until I get back to my apartment at college because I will be staying with people until then and can't get the supplements and all that jazz. so I figure I'll just try and cut back on the sugar and soda and try and eat healthy :)
