Hubby wants bread badly, and none of that almond or coconut flour loaves that I've been making. So I bought some yeast and spelt flour and made 6 loaves for him. I had one slice per day, but I think I can give that bread up. I prefer the almond flour bread anyway. So back to eating for a happy brain. Melted dark chocolate on my Pumpkin protein bar for my afternoon snack. It was like having a chocolate bar! The highball of my week was that I didn't have to lie down on the bed to zip up my freshly-washed jeans!
246.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 80.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
