Feeling kind of like a loser today. I've been eating really bad...although I'm still down in my calories:excersize ratio. Haven't worked out in 3 days. I work all day on my feet, standing, for 8 hours. I just don't feel like exercising when I get home. Trying to eat well, but, I get the most insane sugar cravings in the world.

I started the insanity workout about 2 weeks ago. I've only worked out 6 days out of the 14, which is half...which means I'm really sucking at it. I have also been on the diet plan, which consists of eating small meals 5 times a day. Don't know if my metabolism is firing up like it says it's supposed to. The workout itself is great. I definitely could feel a difference in my body after the first week.

Journal-ing isn't really my style but, I've gained 20 pounds since I quit my 15 year smoking habit. I already thought I was 10 pounds over my ideal weight, so that makes me 30 pounds heavier than I would EVER like to be. I'm having the hardest time losing it, it might as well be 100 pounds.

Feeling very discouraged. I just want it to come off. Trying to do it a healthy way. Usually I just get really extreme and either cleanse or take diet pills and exercise like a crazy person, which usually works. I no longer have the willpower for that. Burnt out and trying to do it the healthy way, but the healthy way doesnt seem like it's working. I need support and results. aaaaaaahhh!!!
