I have some friends that are on weight watchers and doing very well. I've done well on Atkins but I stall frequently which makes it hard to stay motivated. I did successfully lose 38 lbs. I may be back to Atkins if this doesn't work out. I like the low carb part of Atkins. I have digestive issues and fewer carbs really helps.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

No matter which diet you do, there may be stalls. It's part of weight loss. I do WW with a modified Atkins because I find I lose better and it also helps my stomach.
