Restarting fs again. I have a gym membership at equinox now that I've graduated college and am back home. I've been going to the gym fairly frequently. I had a personal training session just last Wednesday and my quads were really sore for 2 days almost 3. Now that I've healed, I'm back in the game haha.
164.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 39.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hi dear! I am trying to get active at the gym too. I went day before yesterday, and my new lat pulldowns made those muscles really is painful, when I reach up. lol Congrats of graduation.
