Well, I didnt get 8 miles in before the weather decided that I didn't need to walk anymore, but I did get 4 in. Going up the hill to get back to my car was brutal.
This stupid plateau I'm stuck in is killing me. I want to see my bar color change so badly, and the damn scale won't move more than a few tenths of a pound at a time! I'm losing tons of inches, so I know everything I am doing is just creating muscle. But Come On!!! 7lbs, just 7 need to come off so I can see it!
