So participating in the Supplement World Challenge According to their Tanita scale in 2 weeks I have lost 6.5% bodyfat and gained 14 lbs of muscle. Physique rating gone from Obese to Standard Muscular Because of this Muscle mass gain I am actually up 5.6 lbs but actually down 14+ lbs of fat? My metabolic age has gone from 57 down to 40 (I am 55) Just checked the stats and it looks like I am in the top 50 for the fat loss group! Still surprised by these results after just getting back from Houston and a free meal or two. #allworld Supplement World Attached photo is one of my friends and I at out our competition in Houston this past weekend I'm on the left
