With my current diet attempt I have lost 2 pounds in a week. This is mostly due to portion control and monitoring carbs and calories. Previously on a strict keto diet, a week would have yielded a three maybe four pound loss. This time I allowed myself a few more meat options and enjoyed an Easter chocolate sweet or two. Not bad, I'm happy with that.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 April 2017:
