Breakfast: 2 hb eggs, english muffin, milk
Lunch: quinoa with walnuts and cranberries, sweet potato
Snack: greek yogurt, trail mix
Dinner: PB and J on whole grain bread, small serving mac n cheese (these leftovers will never die!!)

Exercise: -500 cal on stationary bike and elliptical
