Breakfast: peanut butter and toast, milk
Lunch: salad greens, balsamic dressing, feta. small serving of homemade mac n cheese
Snack: greek yogurt
Dinner: corn on the cob, quinoa with walnuts and cranberries, baked sweet potato

Exercise: -500 cal on elliptical and treadmill
