Sooooo..........I just looked up a hip hop cardio video on you tube, (bc I'm cheap and don't want to pay for fitness.) I thought a ten minute video would be a good place to start. My legs are now jello, I can't breath, and my dad is now wondering what he's going to do bc with the way i was thrashing around I have obviously lost my mind.

LOL would this happen to be Kierra Lashae on youtube? If not her videos are fun and will have you breathing hard :) Dancing is fun. Keep on dancing!

Thanks Teianas for the tip. I will check her out. After a day off letting my legs rest and drinking extra water. I did my current video two days in a row. I need someone to come fetch for me bc my legs are SORE!
