Scale was steady today after eating some low carb pasta and Italian sausage for dinner last night. I am going to go spend a few days with my mother, so spent the afternoon cooking things for DH to eat while I am gone. Haven't stayed with Momma since back in the summer, so looking forward to some girl time. Have a great weekend my buddies!
