Yes, I goofed. Lost track and started eating heavy dinners and dessert. Not good. Feeling heavy and slow. Need to change my eating habits. Getting older and not feeling well is not good. Change now or never.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 122.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
