Slow steady progress! Slowly cutting back calories... I know I should be focusing on the quality of food over the quantity, but gosh darn it, I want my ice cream! Hoping for 150 and lots of tone by vacation in June! Even better if I can get to 140!
159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
