Happy New Year FS Buddies!!!

Well, time to get back at it! I went for a run today, first time in almost 3 weeks! I didn't do too bad time wise considering. I've been doing 20 - 25 minute workouts, doing Jillian Michaels workouts and HIIT workouts that I found on pinterest. Hubby wants to do workouts too to improve his stamina, as he is finding himself out of breath these days. We also need to get our 6 year old son moving too. He has no interest in sports. So any suggestions on how to motive him would help. it can be hard when the weather is cold and it's dark by 5 pm too.

A game of hide and seek, chase, any type of ball game? I remember my mum always playing games with us in the living room on a dark winters evening. Passing little objects round with grabing them with your toes, practicing hand or head stands, balancing on small objects, balancing things on your head.... :)
