Happy new year to you all.
For those that have followed me and supported me . Thank you , over the last few weeks I have been in a few dark places . But I have given myself that big kick start . To start again from tomoz . My goal is to lose 32 lbs this year and hopefully retain that loss.
So you all enjoy the last day of the festivities.
