Did two hours of cardio plus workout at gym yesterday. My right rotator cuff was acting up as well as my right leg.
280.6 lb Lost so far: 30.4 lb.    Still to go: 80.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Try adding powder collagen to your diet.I was having trouble with shoulder pain and knee pain now i dont.i use Great Lakes brand 2tbs twice a day.

Great stuff just ensure you do not spend too long in the Gym which will increase your cortisol. Good that you are hitting the gym
