I haven't meal planned in so long, I have lost my ability. I only know how to make salads, fish, chicken and side veggies. I can cook healthy grains like quinoa, black rice, and brown rice. I really lost my flair for cooking.
I was looking at some of Tosca Reno's recipes, which look awesome, but my eye glaze over after reading down past the 8th ingredient. lol
I need some kind of help. SMH
