To be honest I just started REALLY thinking healthy... When I would go out to lunch instead of getting the fried foods I would do broil or baked... When I felt or feel hungry I try to keep fruits around and if it's too close to the next meal, I just chewed a stick of gum... I drink ALOT more water than ever now... Water alone helps with weight loss.. I started walking again and now I'm walking further and a little faster every day.... Just basic baby steps that are big improvements for my health..
