changed my eating habits and some how ended up with more ENERGY...YAY.... I'm loving it....

It is amazing how much better you feel when you get rid of processed foods. Yes orange juice is a processed food too. If you can handle the carbs eat the whole orange

To be honest I just started REALLY thinking healthy... When I would go out to lunch instead of getting the fried foods I would do broil or baked... When I felt or feel hungry I try to keep fruits around and if it's too close to the next meal, I just chewed a stick of gum... I drink ALOT more water than ever now... Water alone helps with weight loss.. I started walking again and now I'm walking further and a little faster every day.... Just basic baby steps that are big improvements for my health..

And like I said before my ENERGY level has skyrocketed.. I sometimes have to make myself go to sleep because most nights I feel like staying awake and even then I wake up the next morning on GO...
