i have a plan goood saturday morning..always good to have a plan..i use to ride at 430am every day i could when it was decent outside..so was thinkin since im usually up at that hour anyways..get on recumbent bike an peddle away...the other part of the plan is to get a 30 minute workout right before its time to eat..that way i can be burning off calories as im feeding the face..and if i have any energy left at 5pm...which i didnt last night..went to bed at 630pm..cause i just was whoped out again..il do the kettle ball routine...right now its getting use to riding an its also a different riding im doing so my body is doing its best to readjust to that..thats the plan..now to do it enough times so that it becomes a habit..

first workout..
30 min
13 top speed
11 ave
5.72 miles
used a calorie/resistance program

second workout.
40 min
13 top speed
11 ave
7.71 miles
program was a high intensity workout with hills..highest resistance went to 17..but i wasnt able to do that...my lowest speed was like 6 just being on a 13 resistance..

third workout..330pm
17 min
12 top
12 ave
3.5 miles
by this time of day..body is tired..did a laps on flat track an raised resistance to 6 for the highest..was watching a bicycle training video on you tube an when they would speed up i would add more resistance..

for me..its about working out thru the winter time when i cant be outside doing something instead of just sitting in the recliner all winter..i dont really look at it as being exercise..its about not sitting an being bored..and the prize is releasing weight..and being in better shape in the end..win win...

to cold to go out..and now i can ride in the house regardless of the temps..still waiting on vendor to get my trainer for my road bike..then i can use my bike an a program called zwift to get more toned for spring time next year...

well..coffee was good...mmmmmmmm...hit the spot..so..gonna sit in chair an rest for a few..decide whats gonna be for breakfast..if i eat..or fast ...alittle longer..have a great one..

That reinforces my thoughts behind buying the treadmill. I sit and watch various things on catch-up TV so why not get off my arse and watch it while walking! So far I've increased my autumn step average by almost 75%. That has to be a good thing
