Too busy today to log food, but didn't do too badly. I ran around like a nut this morning and got on the road at about 1:30pm to drive to Iowa. It's FREEZING but luckily no real snow to speak of. I think I will probably be glad I came today -- by tomorrow there could be an actual storm. Anyway, I am feeling so so much better with the new dose of levothyroxine. The foot cramps I was experiencing are gone, and I'm feeling less depressed and I am sleeping better. I have now learned this lesson: Next time I start waking up every 2 hours during the night and get foot cramps, I will know to go get my blood tested! I just didn't put 2 and 2 together. My doctor seems to think that it will become easier to lose weight once the thyroid is back under control. Let's hope he's right! Probably won't be on FS until I get back home on Monday. Later.

Yes! I also have thyroid and take medication so I am happy you are on a corrected dose and feel better.

Mom, I live IN Iowa and have been complaining all week about the cold. Don't know what I'm going to do when it gets REALLy cold....Glad you're feeling better!

Rckc -- I'm in Cedar Falls at UNI for the day. Luckily, my client is right across the walkway from the Student Union, source of great hot coffee. But it's cold enough that we put on all our outerwear to go there for lunch! My big worry is if I'll be able to drive home on Monday. The storm predictions are scary and difficult to interpret.

I hear ya! Depending on who you listen to we are going to get a half inch or up to 3 inches. But sounds like done Sunday. Take care driving no matter what!
