Woke at 213.8, down .4 from yesterday. That was generous of the diet gods as I did some late, late night snacking after my eating window yesterday. As I had already entered my food and numbers for yesterday I recorded it as snacks today. That drops me down to 1100 I can eat today. Hey that's how interest works with money too! Lucky for me that I have a lot of high fat, low carb treats around. I also was watching TV which I never do anymore. Hmmm… UPDATE: Fasted until 7 but did 3 miles on the treadmill first. Got a 211.6 weigh in. Still carrying some extra water but body fat unchanged.
