goood golly miss molly..put on the long johns uuugh..25..14 with the wind chill ..good day to hybernate..but cant burn the calories as fast just layin around..did manage 3308 and or 1.68 miles yesterday..my goal today is to beat that..did my kettle ball routine last night and added a few more moves an alittle more time..i could tell this morning when i woke up..lol..

dont have to get out today..im glad..to dang cold to be out less you have no choice..suppose to be like this rest of the week into next week..even colder tonight..my body just hates the cold anymore..guess alot of its got to do with knowing i dont have to get out less..its an emergency..an that does make a difference..i do have to take trash out later..so gonna dress warm an get exercise walking up an down on the drive..get my steps in while shivering ..lol..

well tea is done once again..i downloaded the app called lose it not sure if i like it or not..just started using it..i do like the way it breaks it down for you an tells you when the weight might be off if your loyal to your eating habits..something that i havnt mastered completely yet..have a great day..an if your out in it..layer up..you can always take it off if you get to hot..but if you dont wear enough...all you can do is shiver....
