Feeling better but still all stuffed up and sinus's are blocked. Going to try to exercise today. Finished decorating the Christmas Tree this morning.
308.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I was the same way last week. Found myself feeling so sick and it just kept getting worse. Ten minutes of easy walking on the treadmill and it was as if I had never been sick. I went on to deep clean my whole house.
