No work out today. I had the worse night last night. I went to bed really really early (9ish) so I ended up waking up at 130 am and could not sleep. Didnt fall back asleep till 4ish, so at that point there was no way I could wake up at 530-630 to get to the gym in time before work bc today was my day to work at the office. I couldnt cancel it bc I ask for a lot of other days off and my vacation is coming so, no gym. I chose to sleep till 745am instead. And if I dont go in the morning, I just wont go. I dont have time. Today I had to shop instead bc my fridge was literally empty (i wanted to wash it out so I let it get bare for a few days so I would have to take everything out and add it back in). Anyhoo, I over compensated by really watching what I ate and I did manage 65k in steps doing my chores so that has to count for something. And I bought some good stuff. On a side note, my Christmas party is this Saturday... looking forward to that as I have almost lost 10lbs in the last 3 days. Ill know for sure tomorrow. Have a good evening everyone !

Hate when I can't sleep. Been thinking about joining the gym even if it is 17 miles away. I need to get my body moving. Hope you have sweet dreams tonight.

I slept last night from 10:00 to 1AM, then again from 4:45 to 6:45. Argh! Just wide awake in between.

I am so envious of the people that are able to lay down, go to sleep, and stay asleep til time to get up! You don't realize how wonderful that is til YOU don't. The older I get the worse it is...

Sleep....the older one gets the less they do....oh, to be a small child! Glad to hear that you are losing and feeling better about yourself.

If it had been 3days, a line would have been forming around your block....wouldn't it be wonderful if it could happen as easily???? 3 weeks, 3 days...doesn't matter...it's 10 pounds lost. Yay!!!!
