Started Fatsecret today at all of 240 lbs! All optimistic and gung-ho as usual at the start of a diet. Cut my food intake but chose the wrong foods so my carbs and fats were way too high. Found it hard to sleep, but soldiered on...no pain, no gain...24 hours is an eternity without a cheese burger and fries, but what the hell...I'm telling myself off and so far I'm winning.
