Thank you so much. I have never tried this before and am looking forward to taking control of my life again. I was in a rough marriage for 13 years with a spouse that sabotaged every diet i tried. gained over 160lbs during that time and am trying to find me again.

Welcome and you will enjoy the site. I find it so helpful, the tools they offer IE: tracking daily food and know exactly calories/carbs/protein etc as well as the wonderful support and ideas from fellow FS folks :)
