Ive learned a lot from the month of November that i will try to carry into december with how i plan my meals. when i dont plan i make bad food choices. i figured not eating is worse than eating something "bad". 6.8 lbs this month loss...hoping to double it this month but my main going is to not gain it back!
262.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 62.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
