ok who changed the journal around ..good morning..had to remember how to use bold..so early in the morning...i see we are getting new an improved features on journals ...

did good yesterday ..kept up an moving..3088 in steps..1.55 miles..got bored about 1pm yesterday afternoon got bundled up an went outside an walked length of drive several times..just needed to get outta the house an move..was a crispy 30 or so with wind blowing..but just needed to get out..

todays high just 40 an rest of week only in 30s for a high..buying recumbant bike and smart tv for empty extra bedroom..might of been a great idea..time will tell...i know i plan on using it till road bike is set up on trainer..an then ive been looking at a program called zwift..its for bikers as well as runners an walkers im sure..cost 10 dollars a month..you get a 14 day trial..from what ive seen on you tube you set up account an it puts you on a bike in the program then you can ride different courses either solo or in races..id just be happy right now to ride an get workouts..you tube has several videos you can train along with..that im also looking into...getting all set up...just sitting an waiting..

well...tea is done..time to move around alittle more an get bed made..growl at the scales and the weather man ..and get another day started..have a great one..
