My wife has the Flu and I have a nasty cold. Not eating much, dropped 2 lbs. Decorated the house yesterday and put up the Christmas tree even though I felt like crap. Went to bed at 6:30pm and woke up at 2am. Now my sleep schedule is out of whack. Drank 160 oz. of water flushing out my system and trying to keep hydrated. Can't breathe thru my nose and I am totally stuffed up. Going to take a long hot shower, hopefully that will open me up.
308.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 88.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

So sorry you and your wife are both sick :( Hope you both feel better soon! The Christmas tree should help brighten you up though. Always a festive thing to look at and perk up our spirits :)
