Yesterday's fast day was an epic fail by 7pm I was starving and ended up have 2 slices of toast and a cup of coffee...

I was shocked at my unofficial weigh in this morning of 64.80kg, lets hope it doesn't go up on Friday.

Is that all you had? If so then its still considered a fast day because you kept to under 500 calories :D Well done on unofficially getting below the 65kg mark :D That's how powerful fasting can be :) I'm eagerly awaiting to see when you drop below that 65kg milestone.

No BBO I had alot more than just that. My total calories for yesterday was 842. Thanks BBO I can't wait til I am under 65kg

842 Calories is still pretty good on your worst day :D I look at it as 842 Calories is better than 1500 Calories :D
