Good afternoon buddies,
I'm going to try and get back to my regular logging and posting.
This morning was a cardio video and 2 minute plank. Tonight I plan to do a kickboxing video and HIIT. My goal is to build and keep muscle mass, and overall toning.
My WOE and water are on track...and have been...even though I've not been logging :) I've definitely become mindful of what I eat, whether logging or not. I'm also happy to say I'm able to wear my vintage 'painting' jeans!
Tonight's dinner will be cauliflower steaks with Sriracha dipping sauce, with grilled chicken added for hubby.
